Description of the house
Villa Patria is on a 15000 m2 estate, on top of a hill at an altitude of 150 m above sea level. From the house the view to the coast is fantastic, as is the the view from the large window (from floor to ceiling). The living room will give you the feeling to be outside rather than indoors! The main house accommodates a max. of 6 people and can be rented all through the seasons. From April to October the apartment in the basement is also available. The entire house can then accommodate 10 people. The large villa (coverin a total of 200 m2 floor space) has been built in the traditional Andalusian style with modern furnishings. In the cooler seasons the house remains comfortable with its central heating and open fireplace! The apartment is accessible through the house, but also has its own entrance from outside and its own piece of the garden. In front of the house is a wonderful terrace where you’d love to relax. Of course the terrace at the pool is also quite alluring with its loungers and seating area. Children can play on the lawn around the house.
Surroundings of Villa Patria
The villa is in the small village of Patria. In 10 minutes by car you’re in picturesque towns like Vejer de la Frontera and Conil, or at the miles long beach of El Palmar. Vejer de la Fronterea is a well preserved white village of Andalusia with many constructions of Moorish architecture, a castle, whitewashed streets, intimate bars, restaurants and shops. Golf enthusiasts can choose from golf courses at Benalup, Chiclana or nearby Montenmedio at Vejer.

• Main house for 6 people can be rented out in every season. From April to October the entire villa, incl. the apartment, is for rent accommodating max. 10 people.
• Crib/cot and highchair are available upon request at no extra charge
• The beds in the master bedroom are electric and can be adjusted
• If you rent the main house, the apartment will stay empty; this ensures you 100% privacy
• In the months of July and August a rental period of minimal 2 weeks is required, immediately following a prior booking
