Description of the house

This spacious and modern house with private swimming pool is at walking distance of the beach of Cala San Vicente and close to both Pollensa and the impressive Tramuntana Mountains. The house is 2 storeys high and honours its name with its modern in- and exterior, its space and the large windows/glass sliding doors lightening up the interior. Except for the garden with sun terraces there’s also a generous and covered terrace on the first floor.

Surroundings of Moderna

Moderna is located in Cala San Vicente with its small shops, restaurants/bars. You’ll be at the Plaza Mayor of Pollensa in aprox. 11 minutes by car. The beach of Cala San Vicente is at a distance of 800 m i.e. a 10 minute walk.
